1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and services provided by ANMAR MOTORS OÜ (“Seller”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) via our website and direct sales channels. By placing an order, you (“Buyer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
ANMAR MOTORS OÜ is registered in Estonia (Registry code: 17337123, VAT: EE102914418). We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Products and Availability
We supply new, used, and aftermarket auto parts. All product details—part numbers, compatibility, images, and prices—are provided to the best of our knowledge, but occasional errors may occur. Product availability may change at any time. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund. Buyers are responsible for verifying that parts fit their vehicles.
3. Prices and Taxes
Prices are in euros (EUR) and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location. Delivery costs are calculated separately. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, except for confirmed and paid orders.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed via our website, email, or partner platforms. Full payment is required before processing and dispatch. We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or other approved payment methods. Goods remain our property until payment is received. Non-payment may result in automatic cancellation.
5. Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL, DPD, TNT, and other partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Custom, electrical, or installed parts are not returnable unless defective. Buyers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. Refunds are issued after inspection.
7. Warranty
New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months), unless stated otherwise. Used parts are sold without warranty unless agreed in writing. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear. Proof of purchase and defect evidence are required for claims.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including vehicle downtime, installation costs, or income loss. Maximum liability is limited to the product price. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in line with GDPR. Data is used for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share data except where required by law or for order fulfillment. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or supplier problems. We will resume operations as soon as possible.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes should first be addressed with ANMAR MOTORS OÜ. If unresolved, they will be handled by Harju County Court or another competent Estonian authority.
